Before moving here, it was between this property and another one nearby. I end up choosing this one because of all the things that it had, the location, residents activities/ social events, the apartment layout, amenities, valet trash, the beautiful walking, running, and cycling trails. Mela Apartments was the choice for me.

It’s been a wonderful experience all together! Everyone is always super cheerful in the office and very helpful. My move-in was pretty smooth and if I needed help with anything they were very patient with me. Maintenance is also very nice and always offering to help if needed. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Moving to San Antonio, I did not know what to look for an apartment. I drove by Mela and as soon as I saw the yards & Pawderosa, I knew I had to check them out. I was unaware of the river access until I moved in and t's a major plus because I can take my dogs walking down the trail with a nice view. If you're looking for a downtown life, I definitely recommend Mela.

It's been an amazing first week! Our neighbors are friendly, and the staff has been great! The Manager and our leasing agent were both patient and accommodating in helping us choose the floor plan best for us.

I’ve lived here for over a year now. I feel safe here at MELA. Stephanie and her staff are very friendly and address all of my concerns. The property is clean and well kept. I enjoy the amenities on the property such as the gym, valet trash pickup, clubhouse, pool, the events for the residents and the food trucks they invite here onsite.
